This class will allow you to dive into journaling the things that are most sacred to you. What is sacred and holy in your life that needs that kind of protecting, the resolute and often quiet safeguarding that comes out of love? And what does it look like to protect it? 

Come journal and ponder these ideas in this sacred art journaling class. Express yourself and create your own unique art pages in your journal through various art techniques such as collaging and painting. 

In this class, you will reduce your stress, let go of imperfections and connect with your creative self. 

Art journaling is for everyone! You do not need to be an artist to partake in art journaling

as it is all about the process; not the outcome!

*Participants will need to bring their own art journals. This can be any type of bound book with plain unlined paper.
