Have you nailed your crossback straddle but don’t know what to do next? Learn beautiful shapes and unique transitions, of course!

In this workshop, get ready to take your crossback straddle skill to the next level. We will explore the ins and outs of the crossback straddle itself as well as learn a variety of entrances and exits, different variations and transitions, and even some unique connections to other skills.

PREREQUISITES…

A strong straddle inversion and ability to do a pull-up is recommended. Students should know how Georgia twist entry into cross back straddle. To learn this skill in preparation for this workshop, attend our Elevated Aerial Yoga classes: Tue 6pm, Wed 4:30pm, Sat 12:30pm.
