Yoga is great for kids! Start them young, help your children
learn how to relax and channel their energy. It’s not all
about the moves, we teach children how to breathe deeply and how to
become calm with meditation.

Suitable for ages 4 - 9 years. Parents are welcome to join or drop children off for classes.
All courses are non-refundable. We do not offer credits for missed sessions.
