Have you completed Level 1 series successfully? Ready to take things upside down? Level 2 series is for you! In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique, hand/leg placement, 1-2 spins per week, transitions, learn to invert, keep perfecting that climb, getting more in touch with the pole.

You will also work on your overall pole flow, gaining strength and increasing your confidence. 

Attire: Shorts with no lotion of oils. Heels are optional. 

Dates 6/21, 6/28, 7/5, 7/12, 7/19, and 7/26 Tuesdays (6 weeks)
Meet once a week same time/same day/same instructor

*Note: Will discuss as a group any date(s) surrounding a holiday in case different date needed.
