We will spend the first 30 min painting our skin with washable glow in the dark body paint and then participating in a warm flow in blacklights. 

The paint goes on the skin so the more skin showing the better! Bring a full sized towel to cover your mat! While the paint is washable, it's easiest to remove from a towel than the mat.
