Meet your instructor: Matt Dooley combines more than a decade of mindfulness practice with twenty years of classroom experience in his meditation teaching. He is a practice leader at Common Ground Meditation Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a professor of Geography at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He has practiced Theravada Buddhism in the Vipassana (Insight) tradition since 2009, and has extensive meditation and retreat experience. Matt is passionate about spiritual practice and believes that anyone can benefit from the power of meditation.
