Ballet FUNdamentals teaches dancers the foundational elements of classical ballet technique in an approachable and fun environment. Brennan builds dancer's abilities from the ground up, focusing on strengthening, lengthening, articulation and enjoyment. Brennan hopes to instill a sense of confidence in each dancer's grasp of the foundations of ballet, and enjoy the process! Participants will also receive access to the recording of the class for 7 days between classes, available to view in their “Watch Video” tab in their WellnessLiving profile.
