Slow your Sunday down with a long Yin practice.  

In these seasonal workshops we use the physical practice of yin yoga to help influence the flow of chi through the meridians in the body.  Yin yoga is a slow, quiet practice that utilizes longer held postures.  Props are offered to assist in finding mild to moderate sensation, and to create space to let go physically, emotionally, and energetically. 

Chinese medicine foundations are found in the flow of chi (energy) through the meridians. The meridians are energetic pathways in the body for chi travel on, and they are paired with a yin and yang organ. All of this means that we can use the yin yoga postures to help target and balance the energy flowing through these meridians.
