This 2hr workshop is an introduction into Mindful Eating. Mindful Eating brings the mindfulness tools you learn on your yoga mat or meditaiton cushion and helps you apply them to something in everyday life. We will explore the principles of mindfulness and see how we can apply them to eating.
Practicing mindful eating can help expose ingrained eating patterns that may be impacting your weight and your wellness.
Rachel is not a dietician. This workshop will not be giving advice on what you should eat but rather will explore beliefs around eating, eating patterns such as how and when we eat, and how what we eat makes us think and feel.
