We are taking it back to Old School Yoga Group Practice! Come grow with us!
This two hour practice will include yoga posture (asana) and
breathwork (pranayama) to prepare you for meditation. The alignment
based flow will build on your basic-intermediate knowledge learned
in other classes to strengthen and grow your practice. Each session
will focus on a body part/alignment action to work toward a peak
pose. We will end with pranayama to prepare your mind for group
