This 90-minute class will cover the fundamentals of Fletcher Pilates.

You'll learn simple, mindful movements that help create power and connection in the body. Think supple spine, stable shoulders, and happy hips. And you’ll leave with a toolbox full of postural awareness techniques that you can apply in daily life.
