Before books, stories were told and passed down through the oral tradition. Much of the history of yoga comes to us through stories passed down through the generations.

Come spend an evening with Roxie, exploring stories of Shiva in the way she has learned from her teacher and philosopher, Douglas Brooks.

No experience necessary, just an open mind and heart and maybe a sense of wonderment too.
