Meditation has been around (about 5,000 years recorded) and assists us with finding our cente, reducing stress, and increasing creativity and flow.

In this workshop we explore various styles and methods of meditation, the foundation of mantra, and pratical ways to add meditation to our sometimes busy lives. This is an all levels and experience workshop, open to the public. Please prepare for light movement, dialogue, and seated stillness.
