Whole Body Breathing for Stress and Anxiety
Do you get stressed sometimes? Sames. You know that taking a couple of deep breaths will help, but what does that mean?
Relaxed breathing is not as simple as it sounds--it is a full body process. In this experiential workshop we will learn the anatomy of breathing and explore how to take full, free, natural breaths that will serve you in calming down, fueling your active life, and finding your bliss.
This workshop is part of an ongoing seasonal series--each one will reinforce fundamentals while adding new exercises and practices to support you on integrating this work into your daily life, and is repeatable for past participants.
