The ego & mind are fantastic servants, but make the WORST masters. In Yogic science it is known that we have 3 minds: negative, positive & neutral. When they get imbalanced a whole array of issues can arise: you can be over reactive, easily over stimulated, anxious, depressed, emotional, commontional...you name we get it.

With the constant bombardment of societal imprinting it can be hard to maintain a sense of Self and healthy balance. This workshop will provide the Yogic tools you need to observe your mind & balance the brain.
No Kundalini Yoga experience necessary!
In this practice we use many techniques to break through to the human psyche: asana (posture), pranayama (breath work), mantra (sacred sound current -non denominational of course) & a varity of meditations techniques. Come open by dropping any expectations and give yourself the space needed to have a direct experience that will be unique to you. Kundalini is truly ALL in the experience. It is the gift of this personal experience that I offer you!
