Interested in finding more balance in your life? Kyndal Saverse, our 500 RYT graduate, will be providing information on Ayurveda, ways to stay balanced in the summer, and how to find clarity for the changes you can make to find more nourishment, ease, and satisfaction in your life.
Unlike most Western treatments, Ayurveda believes food is medicine and medicine is food in order to heal imbalances. We will discuss diet tips as well as lifestyle tips to increase self-care in your routine.
Ayurveda always prescribes proper diet, lifestyle, and stress management tools before supplements and prescription drugs. Your health is your responsibility and it will take patience, inquiry, and commitment to yourself.
Come learn ways to take your health in your hands and find balance in your life!
