That nagging tension follows you all day because your spine is locked up with deep muscle tension. Years of sitting and stress have created tight, knotted muscles along your spine. These muscles pull on your vertebrae, create pain, and limit how you move. Traditional stretching can't reach these deep tension patterns.

This specialized class focuses entirely on releasing muscles along your spine – neck to lower back. Using props (blankets, blocks, bolsters), we guide your body into specific positions that allow deep spinal muscles to finally let go.
While props support your body, you will be guided into specific angles that release stubborn tension along your spine while protecting your joints. No flexibility required – the props do the work.
You'll be guided into purposeful positions targeting different sections of your spine. Your teacher helps you find the perfect angle, giving you the time to work with your body's natural wisdom. This is a practice of letting go, whether you experience physical tension, mental resistance, restrictive patterns, reactivity, or pain.
