Join
Kerry in the Huntington Barn for a deeply relaxing evening. As the
summer winds down and we transition to fall, many of us need to
pause, relax, and reset. In this workshop, we will use a
combination of gentle movement, restorative poses and Yoga Nidra to
help bring ease to our bodies and peace to our
minds.
Classes will start with a gentle yoga practice that includes the use of soft yoga balls to induce deeper relaxation in tight muscles. Then we will settle into a series of restorative poses designed to further release tension and induce relaxation. We will end the class with a Yoga Nidra practice designed to relax the mind and let go of clutter.
We have
some bolsters and blankets in the barn but if you have some, please
bring them along to ensure that you have everything you
need.
We hope
you leave this 2 hour mini-retreat rested and rejuvenated.

Special Instructions
This event will be held in a beautiful barn in Huntington VT. The address is 302 Salvas Rd (first driveway on the right.) There are two houses on this driveway. Pass the first one and head all the way to the end of the drive. You can park in the spaces at the end of the driveway or down the short road to the right next to the barn. Space is limited so carpool when ever possible.
For the safetly of our instructors and students, vaccinations are required to attend in person classes.
