practice centered around focusing your attention and clearing mind
of over-crowded thoughts. Many people use meditation as a way
to become more present and mindful, while deepening their own
spirituality and enhancing their overall well-being.
In this workshop Jen will explain what meditation is, describe
the many types of meditation, and provide tools to start your own
meditation practice. You will have the opportunity to try
various types of meditation and learn their various benefits.
