This six week series is designed to help you reconnect and restrengthen your body after childbirth. Classes will fous on restoring the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. 

You'll receive an email each week with educational tips and exercies you can do at home to restore your body. 

Babies are welcome and may be incorporate into the class. 

 Full Six week series is $120+hst or pay a drop in / single class rate of $22+hst
