We will enjoy Yoga, delicious healthy food, Qigong practice, quiet country settlings with swimming pool and sauna..
We will stay at a secluded eco-retreat, 50 minutes North from City. There is a light filled yoga hall, cool swimming pool and plenty of space to indulge in your free time.

Extra bonus is an introductory session to Yang Qigong - great practice for extra energy and self-centering. You will also receive a video to keep learning and practicing at home.

Our yoga program will suit all levels with reasonable amount of challenge and new elements to learn.
