Using Wall Ropes and Slings as part of your Yoga and fitness practice is an amazingly satisfying way to mobilize and stabilize the joints, strengthen the limbs and core, practice safe inversions, and rest. In this two-hour Intro, Alison, a well-known and creative leader in the field of Ropes and Sling work, will take you through the fundamentals of set-up and the basics of using the ropes. Your back will thank you! And a recording will make it possible to review the material for one week after the workshop.
