U + G,  will take you through a fusion of Afro-Latin-Modern-Hip Hop + Conscious Dance forms set to a soundtrack infused in bass culture including: Afro House, Drum‘n Bass, Electro Cumbia and the diasporic dreams of Afro Latin, Afro Beats, timeless Hip Hop classics, Pop mixes, 80s dance jams and a dose of Downtempo, Jazz and Ambient sound vibrations to give you sacred space for grounding, healthy sensuality and embodied release.
