Join our Silver Membership Package and become an exclusive member.  Our next-generation design provides you with access to one of our 2 private studio's to yourself for the full hour exclusively.  There is no sharing of equipment.  Each studio provides you with top-of-the-line equipment to complete a full-body workout.  

Choose from Studio 1 or Studio 2 and reserve your time online based on availability.  Complete with power-block dumbbells from 5-90lbs, kettlebells, cable machines with multiple attachments for both the upper and lower body.  Squat rack complete with barbell and bumper plates and a bench that can go from incline to decline to target numerous exercises and muscle groups not to mention plyo-boxes, stability balls, bosu balls, and more. For cardio, we have a water rower, spin bike, and Bowflex stepper.  We provide you with a keypad entry code that is private and confidential to you.

Our next-generation model offers you a private studio to complete your workout.  The studio has no walk-in access which means you have to have an appointment, be a member, a personal training client, or be registered for a class to have access to the space.  Any inquiries about joining Aimee Sinclair Fitness will all be handled through our website online or by emailing us at info@aimeesinclairfitness.com.  

*Inside the entrance of the studio we have designed a privacy wall and entry divider to provide each client with a separate access into each workout station in the studio with bench, cubby's, and coat hooks.
