Join us at Blue Moon Yoga for this interactive workshop to help nourish your yoga practice on and off the mat with the intention of an ABBONDANZA life—abundant health and wellness.

• Explore nutrient-rich snacks before and after your yoga practice, promoting energy, muscle repair, and reducing inflammation.
• Engage in mindful eating strategies with hands-on activities to honor your hunger, tap into your senses, and better appreciate the foods you choose to eat. 
• Discover how to build a nourishing snack for heart health and cognitive well-being.

A little bit about Barbara:
Barbara Baron, The Family Meals Dietitian™, is driven by the spirit of ABBONDANZA, a concept that weaves together the essence of Food, Family, and Faith/Traditions into the very fabric of everyday life. Growing up in an Italian American household and now a mother of two, she brings a deep understanding of Mediterranean foods and lifestyles to her clients.

ABBONDANZA embodies the bountiful and abundant joy of sharing a meal with loved ones. With a passion for creating hearty, nutritious meals, Barbara integrates nutrition guidance, easy meal planning, time-saving cooking tips, and mindful eating to cultivate more smiles and less stress to the table. Barbara works with busy parents, grandparents, and healthcare professionals to infuse more energy, time, and the joy of preparing and savoring meals together. As the President of Barbara Baron Nutrition, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, a consultant, speaker, and author with over 30 years of experience, Barbara's expertise spans various settings, including clinical, community, agricultural nutrition, and adjunct professor. Her commitment to health promotion goes beyond her practice. She is a respected leader in her field, having held positions such as Past President of the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and currently serving as an advisory committee member of the Interagency Council on Osteoporosis of New Jersey.
