Join us for a transformative 4-week workshop series, “Yoga Explorers,” specially designed for 7-10 year olds at Inlet Yoga. Led by the experienced and compassionate Brittany, a registered 200 RYT with two decades of teaching in our local schools, this workshop aims to lay the foundation for a lifetime of well-being.

In today's fast-paced world, children face numerous challenges that can impact their emotional well-being. This workshop emphasizes the importance of introducing yoga to children early on, highlighting the following benefits:

Stress Management: Yoga equips children with essential tools for stress reduction, teaching them to manage anxiety through breathwork and relaxation techniques. These skills will serve them well into adulthood.
