Each Serving Size (1 Tablet) contains: Calcium 68 mg, Iodine (from Bladderwrack whole plant) 300 mcg, Bladderwrack whole plant 5:1 extract 300 mg (from Fucus vesiculosus whole plant 1.5 g), Withania (Ashwagandha) root 10:1 extract 120 mg (from Withania somnifera root 1.20 g), Bacopa herb 50:1 extract 50 mg (from Bacopa monnieri herb 2.5 g, Containing bacosides as bacoside A 25 mg).
Other Ingredients: Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and hypromellose.

Caution: Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation. Contraindicated in hyperthyroidism and related cardiac problems.
