Clients enter the road to wellness with this initial, tailored, one on one session. It is our opportunity
to learn where you’ve been, where you are and where you would like to be in terms of your health
and fitness. We listen to your goals and history as well as discuss any health related concerns from
your completed Medical History and Activity Form. Contract and liability waivers are completed
as well as charting important baseline measurements: resting and recovery heart rate, postural
analysis, body circumference and composition, Rate of Perceived Exertion, before photos and
flexibility. This meeting establishes a clear understanding of your health goals, ideal tasks and
is a springboard for your program design. Follow up includes correspondence with other members
of your healthy living team as needed, digital goal sheet and resource suggestions.
