Targeted towards Defensemen and Forwards. The program focuses on the fundamentals of
skating. Understanding the proper stride, how to use edges, and how to become a more
powerful and faster skater.
Players will work on forward and backward skating as well as tight turns and cross-overs.

SKILLS: Skating, Edge control, Balance, and Speed.
