KO Kids is a 6-week program with classes running on Saturdays at 10:00 am from March 9th to April 13th.

Each class runs for an engaging 45 minutes, providing the perfect balance of activity and learning.

Fitness and Fun: Our program is designed to be engaging and enjoyable, ensuring that your child stays active and has a blast while learning the fundamentals of boxing and fitness.

Respect and Sportsmanship: We emphasize the importance of respect, teamwork and sportsmanship, teaching your child valuable life lessons inside and outside the gym.
