Who's over winter? Downtown Kitchener is! 

Let's get pumped for Spring by kicking off with a Downtown Kitchener Hop at our favourite local spots! 

We'll start the Hop at 12:45 at Cyclone for a fun spin class; then “hop” (walk) to Big Bliss for 1:15ish to enjoy a Warm Deep Stretch Yoga class; and lastly, finish our “hop” by heading to The Civil to enjoy a flight of drinks (choice of Margarita flight or Gin & Tonic flight).

Who's in? 

Please arrive at Cyclone at 12:30 to get your shoes and set up on the bike - shoes and towels will be supplied. 

Please bring your mat for yoga.

Don't forget a water bottle and comfy walking shoes - you can purchase Flow waters at either locations.
