Join Tayler and Carol for an afternoon of rest and restoration through yoga and massage. Class will be a candlelit, gentle restorative yoga practice using the support of blocks and bolsters. As you relax comfortably in each pose for 5-10 mins, the instructors will come around to offer hands on adjustments and massage therapy with essential oils. Prepare to breathe deeply, release tension and effortlessly melt into bliss. After class, enjoy tea and connection.
