Dive a little deeper in this two hour practice combines the benefits of yin and restorative asana to let go of our day and week and start the weekend refreshed.

Class begins with 45 minutes of traditional yin postures to ease and release deeply held tension and unlock blocked and stagnant energy. This is followed by 60 minutes of restorative asana to soothe and free any residual tension or stress. An extended 15 minute savasana will close the practice.
