Force applied to bones stimulates them to grow stronger. Yoga is the perfect way to apply this force. It safely stresses bones without impact, strengthening the bones without weakening joints.
Join Bonnie Lee, RYT 500, as we dive into a practice that focuses around researched-based asana to maintain and improve bone health.
This is a gentle to moderate class for those who have received a diagnosis or simply want to explore prevention. Please consult your health care provider to be sure you are able to participate. Some yoga experience is preferred.
