Join Instructor Calysta for Mi Vida Yoga's Summer Series benefiting the Sacred Heart and S.O.A.L Mystic Yoga School's scholarship fund. Every First Friday of the Month, Calysta will guide a 60 minute warm all-levels  community flow. These classes will be donation based with all proceeds going toward SHSMYS's schoalrship fund.
