Join Melissa to experience the sweet sounds of summer while you relax into restorative yoga poses, letting the healing vibration of sound wash over you. Melissa will guide you on a journey through restorative yoga and sound, as she intuitively weaves them throughout the class to help you relax and release any tension you're holding on to. An assortment of sound healing instruments will be used including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, a variety of chimes and drums, tuning forks and tingshas. These instruments are used to vibrate and activate every cell in your body, promoting healing and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
