Become aware of your patterns and discover the tools to course correct what’s out of alignment.

Dive into the ancient yoga texts and philosophy that provide in-depth wisdom to connect you to your source, and  provide a deep sense of security. 

With this newfound understanding, you’ll gain the tools to teach and share this practice with others.

Even if you have no intention of ever becoming a yoga teacher, this yoga teacher training will give you the ability to help those in your life find freedom and feel great relief.

The Fall/Winter training is from September-February, 2 weekends per month. It's an easy schedule to manage as we meet every other weekend, 11:30-4pm Saturdays+Sundays.  

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, packed lunch and an open mind!
