Our sound bath is a unique experience with sound healing (singing bowls, chanting/singing, various other instruments), and meditation designed to guide the participant into a receptive and relaxed state for healing, introspection, illumination and stability.

Participants will lie on the floor for most of the experience but there may be some light stretching and qigong, so dress comfortably. Be sure to arrive 5-15 minutes early so that you have ample time to set up your space.
