Please join us for a relaxing and refreshing two hours to let go of the old year, and welcome in the new, by celebrating the Winter Solstice, the rebirth of the sun!
We will gather as our ancestors have before us to learn, let go and manifest, honoring darkness, light and traditions that give life and meaning to the unseen web that connects us all.
Our joyous celebration of the start of the solar year features being surrounded by soothing and healing music chosen especially for this event by Katy, restorative yoga, where you’ll rest supported by bolsters and folded blankets in poses designed to open areas of the body where most tensions are stored, guided meditations, letting go and manifesting ceremonies, concluding with cheese, teas and chocolate in a socially distant circle!
This is a not-for-profit function and after expenses, all proceeds will be donated to the
 Greater Cleveland Food Bank and The City Mission!

About Katy:
Katalin is a graduate of the Colburn School in Los Angeles and received a Fulbright grant to study at the National Conservatory in Lyon France, where she received her master’s degree and an artist diploma. She remained in France for 9 years, where she became interested in interdisciplinary and non-traditional projects including ‘siestes musicales’ or ‘sound naps.’ In 2018, she collaborated with rock singer Sarah Metais Chastanier with whom she co-created her first sound nap, Katha Sary. Since, she has performed in a variety of venues. Recently relocated to Ohio, she is eager to share her
sound naps with an American audience.
