Join Abby Nelson (200hr CYT) for an interactive workshop that will help stabilize your non-existent or existing inversion practice. Learn the fundamentals of inversions as well as ways to insert them inro your studio and home practice. Classical headstand, tripod headstand, handstand and forearm stand. Proper alighnment will be taught as well as variations to achieve YOUR version of each pose. ALL levels are welcome!
