Yoga doesn't just strengthen and stretch our muscles; it's also a great way to strengthen and support our joints!
Suitable for all levels, this series is designed to enhance flexibility, reduce stiffness and improve overall mobility. Through mindful movements and targeted poses, you’ll strengthen the muscles surrounding your joints fostering better support and preventing injuries. Each week, we will focus on different joints, including the wrists, hips/low back, knees and ankles. We'll discuss variations and modifications to poses, including using props, to meet you where you are.
Whether you're dealing with current join pain or just looking to stay active for overall health, join us to find a balance between strength and flexibility for joints that feel rejuvenated and resilient, helping you to rely on your body to do what you want with more confidence.
