Mat Pilates is a fun workout that uses a soft mat on the floor to build strength, stability, and flexibility. 

  • Improve flexibility: Mat Pilates uses dynamic stretching to lengthen muscles. 
  • Increase mind-body connection: Mat Pilates emphasizes breath work, centering, and concentration. 
  • Improve posture: Mat Pilates uses movements that target multiple muscles simultaneously to enhance posture. 
  • Full body toning: Mat Pilates engages other body muscles in addition to the core. 
  • Reduce stress: Mat Pilates can help you realign your thoughts by focusing on each move, your breath, and your intention.
