Get ready to take your stay-cation up a notch (or three). Friends barre FREE, March 29th - April 7th. Yep, you read that right. All regularly scheduled classes are included in this deal, including Live Zoom & In-Studio sessions.
NOTE: We recommend class participants bring a mat, water, and hand towel for class.
ALSO NOTE: We encourage our members to invest in their fitness journey, a well-known factor to sticking with something. Part of that includes bringing weights, resistance bands, ball, 4" block, and sliders; all of which are available for purchase at the studio as well. If it is your first visit to the studio, we will do our best to provide you with the materials needed. We only have a few sets of equipment, so this is on a first come, first serve basis.
