**DO NOT REGISTER WITHOUT INSTRUCTOR PERMISSION**

This test is for students who are eligible to promote to Yellow Belt. This test will last approximately 2-3 hours and will encompass technique review, stress drills, and limited sparring. Bring gloves, plenty of water, and some snacks to keep your energy up. 

Bring your gear (boxing gloves, mouthpiece, and groin protector), some water, and clean clothes for after. This test will last approximately 2-3 hours so come prepared. Good luck!
