John will lead you through a meditative Smart 60 hot class.
After a 15 minute cool-down and get-comfy break, attune your mind
with some meditative Flow-state exercises. Then float through
a guided meditation and into a silent reflection. Bring
pillows and sweats and whatever makes you feel comfy and
whole.
