Grace Yoga Workshop
Join Tom Hoppel for a weekend of workshops.

Tom will work you through the Ashtanga Primary Series. These workshops will benefit your Grace Yoga Practice or any yoga practice, with the movements, twist, balancing and variety.

Tom studied in the 1990s, with K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore India.  Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga as exercise popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois during the twentieth century, often promoted as a dynamic form of classical Indian yoga. Jois claimed to have learnt the system from his teacher Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. Tom recently returned to Mysore this summer for 2 weeks of training with Pattabhi Jois’s daughter Saraswathi Rangaswamy.  Tom’s classes always have adjustments, clear cues and demonstrations.

November 11 class will focus on Sun Salutations and standing postures.

November 12 class will focus on jump throughs, seated postures, and finishing postures including shoulder stand, headstand, and lotus.
