Yoga and mindfulness are ancient tools that are adaptable to our modern times. Children are at an all-time high for stress and anxiety... we have the opportunity to share tools with them to manage their big feelings. Adapted to the developmental ages of children, yy4k's programming provides the tools to effectively teach children how to feel their bodies and quiet their minds. This workshop is open to yoga teachers, classroom educators, parents and anyone interested in sharing the joy of yoga and mindfulness practice with the children in their lives and community!

Taylor Gutow and Heather Hopper are both 500 hour level yoga teachers and are Registered Children's Yoga Teachers through Yoga Alliance. They are also both Certified Mindfulness Educators with over 30 years of combined knowledge and experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to  children. Yogees has been providing workshops to parents, educators, school districts, and yoga studios across the nation since 2015. Taylor and Heather are also parents as well as yoga and mindfulness practitioners.
