Breathwork for reclamation, a series of summer workshops is dedicated to supporting an individual in reclaiming their voice, power, true vibration and essence. Allowing the breath to be the path back within, connecting us more deeply to our physical, energetic, spiritual and emotional body. With this connection, we enhance our ability to feel our intuition. Through the guidance of each intuitive nudge, our choices, direction, and way through life will be deeply aligned with who we are. We will no longer be entangled in the limiting beliefs we have about ourselves because we will understand that these stories were never our truth. Our truth is soft and gentle; our truth is rooted in love.

Through this journey, we will free ourselves from the shackles of limitations and barriers that
have kept us small and step fully into our light and true nature. Breathwork for reclamation is about reclaiming who we have always been.
