According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) the element of Wood is associated with Spring and is about renewal, awakening and rebirth.
Just the like trees branch out in Spring and flowers blossom, so too can our intentions and desires, clearing away old and stagnant energies to make way for the new.
Kellie will guide you through a cleansing Yin practice preparing the body and mind for a grounding Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient and powerful practice also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It deeply soothes the nervous system bringing about a state of equilibrium as the breath balances, becomes quiet and we fall into a state of deep rest and blissful awareness.
Please bring a journal for contemplation.

- 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice: A guided meditation
