Memberships can be cancelled anytime after the initial 12 month commitment is reached. Let us know in writing via e-mail when you want to cancel your membership. We require 30 days notice for all cancellations. Note your cancellation may not take affect until after your next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds on memberships. It’s up to you to be pro-active and respectful of our small business in this regard. We cannot be held responsible for your lack of communication and want to ensure you have nothing but positive interactions at our studio. These guidelines are intended to help make this possible.

No sharing, exchanging, or refunds of memberships.

All memberships can be frozen once per year to allow for vacations/travel for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 3 months. Your payment and expiration dates will shift by the number of days of your suspension / freeze. For more than 1 freeze per year we charge a $20 administrative fee. Please let us know in writing with 14 days notice of any freezes.

If you purchase and schedule this membership to begin in the future, the first month is always charged the day you sign up. Your activation dates of each purchase and future charge dates will be according to the start date you confirmed when purchasing.

We reserve the right to change the price of this membership anytime after your initial commitment is reached.
